Position: Cold Caller

Location: Work from Home


Time: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (BST)


Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from BDT 25,000 - 40,000 (based on experience and performance)

What We’re Looking 

Cold Calling Experience or Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience is preferred. However, if you have prior relevant knowledge or experience and a strong command of English, we encourage you to apply.


Strong Internet Connection: Minimum 20 Mbps internet speed is required to ensure smooth communication and call quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success

Internet Bill: Receive a 1000 tk allowance for internet bills if you maintain a minimum 90% connection uptime during working hours.


Punctuality & Attendance Bonus: Earn a 1000 tk bonus for excellent attendance. This includes:


  • 100% attendance during the month.
  • No unauthorized leaves and staying punctual.
  • Log in within 5 minutes of your shift start time.
  • Participate actively in team huddles and meetings.


Sales Bonus: Earn up to 2000 tk for meeting or exceeding your Sales Per Month (SPM) target, with all appointments needing to be QC-approved.

Our Expectations for Quality

Monthly QC Score: A minimum 84% QC score to qualify for KPIs.


Sales: Ensure all appointments are QC-approved and that you meet the monthly sales goals.
